We are looking for a Account Manager (AM) to join our team in HK/TW. The AM will be in charge for: 
 

  • Steward business relationships with clients in non-mainland Chinese markets, such as Hong Kong and Taiwan, for software service outsourcing, hardware infrastructure management services (IMS), and system integration consulting services. 
  • Thoroughly comprehend client requirements and furnish customized solutions and exemplary service. 
  • Orchestrate between the Vietnamese offshore team and on-site teams, if necessary, to ensure seamless project execution. 
  • Propel sales and business growth in the targeted markets. 
  • Gather market intelligence and client feedback to contribute to service enhancement and business expansion.
Yêu cầu

Basic Requirements: 

  • Possess a bachelor's degree or above in business, marketing, or related disciplines. 
  • Boast at least 3 years of account management experience in the IT service industry. 
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients from diverse regions.
  • Be proficient in English and Chinese (using traditional characters for markets like Hong Kong and Taiwan). 
  • Be familiar with software service outsourcing, IMS, and system integration consulting.

Professional Skills Requirements: 

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple teams. 
  • Possess strong negotiation and sales skills. 
  • Have knowledge of international business practices and cross-cultural communication.
