• Understand end-user requirements to develop a Recruitment project.
• Provide pre-implementation engineering approach & detailed planning forrequirements.
• Develop recommendation model, search for candidates based on user's information.
• Collaborate with different functional teams to implement models into productionsystems and monitor results.
• Design, develop, and test large-scale data science pipelines and machine learningalgorithms.
• Research and investigate academic and industrial data mining, machine learning, andmodeling techniques for product improvement.

Required Skills

• Have good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Image Processing,Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Reinforcementlearning, Deep Learning Architectures (AutoEncoder, CNN, RNN, BERT, etc. )
• Has expertise in training NLP models.
• Proficient in high-level programming languages, especially Python.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix/Shell, Docker.
• Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
• Proficient in API, REST API.

Is An Advantage If Any

• Experience working on chatbot platforms such as Alexa, Watson, Luis, Rasa.
• Experience working with unstructured data related to text, speech, and image analysis.
• Knowledge of modern NLP models.

Academic and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Software Engineering,Applied Mathematics or related field;
• Have at least one year of Experience or equivalent in developing NLP or other AIsolutions.
