1. People with an extroverted, sociable, sincere, positive and humble personality ; 

2. Ability to synthesize information and express concisely both verbally and in writing; have conceptual thinking; Good content creation skills (focus on article structure, strict logic and message conveyance).

3. Have skills & experience in organizing medium and large-scale events. 

4. Good English in all 4 skills. Having another foreign language is an advantage.

5. Highly aesthetic gout. Able to manipulate and use basic design tools for work (Capcut, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop...)

6. Bright, good-looking appearance. Having public speaking skills is an advantage.
