We are looking for a highly skilled NLP Researcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in natural language processing, machine learning, and computational linguistics, complemented by an impressive publication record. You will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms to solve complex problems and improve our products and services.

Responsibilities

-  Develop and implement state–of–the–art LLM models for various NLP tasks, such as text generation, language understanding, and dialogue systems
-  Conduct research to advance the capabilities and performance of LLMs, including exploring novel architectures, optimization techniques, and training methodologies
-  Publish scientific papers in reputable conferences on NLP/ML such as ACL, NAACL, EMNLP, COLING, CoNLL, and so on
-  Collaborate with cross–functional teams to integrate LLM models into our products and ensure seamless integration with existing systems
-  Evaluate model performance, analyze results, and iterate on model designs to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
-  Stay up–to–date with the latest advancements in LLM research and contribute insights to drive innovation within the team
-  Provide technical guidance to team members

Requirements

-  PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or related field
-  Proven track record of conducting research and delivering impactful results in NLP or machine learning
-  Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning
-  Deep understanding of language models, such as BERT, GPT, or other Transformer–based models, and high proficiency in at least one of the relevant frameworks and libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Jax, CUDA, OpenAI Triton, …)
-  Solid understanding of model training, optimization, and evaluation techniques
-  Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with software development best practices
