• We are looking for a Account Manager Assistant (AMA) to join our team in HK/TW. The AMA will be in charge for:
• Assist the Account Manager in handling day-to-day business operations for non-mainland Chinese markets. 
• Communicate with clients on behalf of the AM and ensure timely responses to client inquiries. 
• Coordinate with the Vietnamese offshore team and on-site teams for tracking project progress. 
• Prepare reports and documentation related to client projects.
• Support the AM in sales activities and client relationship management.

Basic Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor's degree or above. 
• Have 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in the IT service industry. 
• Display good communication skills and attention to detail. 
• Be proficient in English and Chinese (using traditional characters for markets like Hong Kong and Taiwan).

Professional Skills Requirements: 

• Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Have a basic understanding of software service outsourcing, IMS, and system integration consulting. 
• Be skilled in using office software for report preparation and data analysis.
