Responsibilities

• Track and analyze market and competitive trends across key themes, key industries
• Analyze and publish solutions to help originate sales for priority accounts
• Gathers business intelligence and customer information from a variety of sources including company data, business contact, business leaders info, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources
• Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers
• Evaluate trends in customer health (e.g. by region, segment, industry) to surface root-cause, risk and/or opportunity, and recommend strategies to enhance outcomes
• Summarizes customer data reports for review by executives, managers, and stakeholders
• Performs other related duties as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Business Analyst or Bachelor's in Technology or Marketing
• At least 2 years in working with enterprises sector and/or B2B business, and/or any other relevant sectors
• Familiarity and comfort with Data Management Platforms (DMP), and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
• Strong analytical skills, experienced with statistics and able to find, pull, and manipulate data
• Experience and affinity for working with recommendation systems and large data sets
• A pragmatic view of the role of data in a business environment
• Strong intellectual curiosity
• Digital and Marketing experience
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and/or other common project and business communication software
• Candidate with a relevant tertiary qualification in IT or Marketing with one of the relevant majors preferred

Remuneration package

• Working time: Mon – Fri, 8.30 – 17.30. 15 annual leaves
